Many times during the holiday season, restaurants
have slightly different hours than usual. For that reason, I have compiled a
list of several dozen San Gabriel Valley restaurants, and what their scheduled
holiday hours are. Please note that during the holidays, businesses will
sometimes allow the business (or lack of it) to dictate whether they will stay
open or shut. That’s why you will notice that some of the restaurants show a
closing time of 6ish, or 9ish. The times listed below are not etched in stone,
they are all subject to change, so for best results and to avoid frustration, I
recommend you use the phone numbers provided to call and confirm the restaurant
is still open prior to hitting the road. If at all possible make reservations,
particularly for New Year’s Eve. Also, I have put down the kitchen hours. Some
of the places have lounges that will stay open later than the kitchen. All of
the phone numbers are in the 626 area code unless otherwise noted. Feel free to
cut the left hand column out so that you have a restaurant directory to keep
near the phone. The menus for most of these restaurants (with just a few
exceptions) can be found on the www.sangabrielvalleymenus.com website.
Remember, there’s a lot of people driving during the holidays that shouldn’t be,
so be prepared for them, and most importantly, don’t be one of them. Have a
healthy, happy holiday season, however you celebrate.
