delivery of food and beverages, and the tossing of salads.
- Full Service: $18.00 per hour per
employee. Includes the delivery of food and beverages, monitoring of
food during meal and cleanup after meal.
- Utensil Service: $0.75 per person.
Includes paper napkins, plastic bowls, plates, knives, forks and spoons.
- Minimum Order for Delivery: $25.00.
