A deposit of $100 is required to hold the room. Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days after reserving the room or 7 days prior to the banquet date, whichever comes first.
Liquor and wine are available at the regular dining room price using a hosted or non-host bar.
The minimum banquet size is 20 people and the maximum will be 60 people. (Unless special arrangements are made in advance.)
The time limit on the room will be 4 hours.
NO SHOW POLICY: You will be asked to guarantee the number of guests for your banquet 48 hours prior to the banquet date. If the number of guests at your banquet is less than the guaranteed amount, then you will be charged a "No Show Fee" which will be equal to the average price of the five entrees that you chose for your menu, less the extra charge that is above the regular menu price or your $18 or $23 package price. This charge will be for each guest that is less than your guaranteed amount.
FOR THAT PERSONAL TOUCH: With all of our banquets, your party will receive a menu listing the entrees you have selected including a personalized salutation that you select at the top of the menu. In addition, we will put your salutation on our marquee facing the freeway the day of your banquet for everyone to see!
NO HIDDEN COSTS: We welcome your banquet and you can count on us to provide the most complete service available. Our packages are complete. No hidden costs to worry about. If you choose to bring cake, we will slice and serve it at no extra charge. Children (under 12) can order from our children's menu at regular children's menu prices.
ENTREE SELECTION: In order to offer you flexibility, we offer you two options in selecting your entree, one is choosing from our regular dining menu (limited by 5 items), whereby you are charged the regular dining room price and the other is a "package price" in which we allow you to select from certain entrees and the sales tax, gratuity, beverage and dessert is included in one price. These two options are outlined as follows:
OPTION ONE:
In order for you to control the cost of your banquet, while at the same time,
enjoying a wide variety of entrees, you may select any five entrees from our
regular dining room menu. We will print a menu with these selections for your
guests. They will have their choice of soup or salad, but any accompanying side
dishes must be preselected (i.e. baked potato, fresh vegetables, etc.). For your
convenience, your entree will also include your choice of coffee, soda, iced
tea, pink lemonade or milk, and ice cream or apple pie. The cost is the regular
menu price plus $3.00 for each entree selected. A 15% gratuity and sales tax are
not included.

OPTION TWO: Your menu will include your choice of 5 entrees from either the Little Eater or the Big Eater package. From the 5 entrees that you choose, we will make a special menu that will be given to your party on the day of your banquet. No pre-ordering is necessary, we only need to know the 5 entrees that you have chosen.
